Manual Payroll and Payslip Processing

We previously managed payroll and payslips for our external staff manually using Excel. This involved printing all payslips and physically delivering them, which consumed a significant amount of time and increased the likelihood of errors.

Solution

Automated Payroll and Payslip Delivery

With the introduction of automated payroll and payslip features, we can now send payslips directly to all external staff via email. This has not only saved time but also reduced the chances of errors.

We now send payslips to over 2,000 external staff, significantly cutting down on printing costs. The system allows us to focus on more pressing tasks, while also providing a clear record of completed and outstanding work.
